Micron-F (K) half mask (moulded) with FFP2 valve (221748)

Protective filtering half-masks "MICRON F" (hereinafter referred to as half-masks) are designed to protect users from the effects of airborne particles of harmful aerosols of various origins (dust, smoke, fog).

A half mask is a product made of filter material that covers the nose, mouth, chin and is attached to the face with elastic straps made of braid.

Half masks have a cup-shaped design with semi-rounded sides and retain their shape during use and storage. Do not require smoothing and fitting when putting on. Consist of a strong frame, filter material, nose clip and elastic two ear loops or two headband loops. Half masks can be additionally equipped with an exhalation valve ("K" in the model) or without it. The exhalation valve prevents temperature rise and moisture accumulation in the sub-mask space.

The outer layers of the fabric are white or, upon agreement with the customer, colored to identify the protection classes.

The components of half masks that come into contact with the user do not have sharp edges or burrs.

They are used during one shift (8 hours, marked "NR" in the marking) in compliance with operating conditions, relative air humidity of no more than 80% and dust concentration in the air of the working area up to 100 mg/m3 (when used in conditions of other dust concentrations - time of use changes).

Half masks have a universal size and fit any face.

Half masks are made using FMP polypropylene material.

The "MICRON F" half-mask model of the FFP2 protection class does not have an exhalation valve.

The "MICRON F" (K) half-mask model of the FFP2 protection class has an exhalation valve.
